Harrachov is the centre of winter sports in the western Giant Mountains. Skiers can get from our town to the ridges of the highest Czech mountains. From the top of Čertova hora there is also a beautiful view of the Jizera Mountains and Poland. The deep valley of Harrachov holds snow very long until spring. That is why our red ski slope leading to the town centre earned the nickname Harrachov Glacier. We ski as long as there is snow and skiing at Easter is a must for us. Our lifts are used by downhill skiers, snowboarders and cross-country skiers. The lift to Čertova hora offers a unique view of the mammoth ski jump. For hikers, the lifts are inaccessible in winter.

Harrachov ski area 7.9 km
The Harrachov ski area is a modern resort with 7.9 km of slopes. Two cableways run from the town centre and from Rýžoviště towards the top of Čertova hora. You can go downhill by one of the four downhill runs. You can choose from two red slopes, one blue one and a black slope. You can also enjoy night skiing or refreshments at the lower and upper cable car stations. The resort offers online purchase of season tickets as well as a ski depot for ski storage during your stay directly under the slopes.

Amálka ski area 370 m
The Amálka ski slope can be found in Ryžoviště. It is 370 m long and season tickets from the Harrachov ski area are valid here. From the top of Čertova hora you can reach Amálka by the blue ski slope. It offers night skiing and also has its own ski school.

Zákoutí ski area 200 m
Zákoutí is a unique area that offers swimming in summer and downhill skiing and sledging in winter. The lift is 200 m long and offers activities especially for families. Season tickets of the Harrachov ski area are valid here. There is a B+B ski school, which specializes in teaching young children. In case of interest, the resort also offers night skiing.

MR Skipark 120 m
The training terrain of the MR Ski School with a rope lift is freely accessible to the public. It is located near the bobsleigh track. It also offers night skiing depending on interest.
Hilbert ski area 150 m
The Hilbert ski slope with a button ski lift is located in the very centre of the town. The resort offers refreshments and night skiing. There is also a meadow in the vicinity which can be used for sledging.
Cross-country skiing stadium 80 m
The cross-country skiing stadium has two training terrains. There is a conveyor belt for the youngest skiers. In the lower part of the cross-country stadium there is a tow rope and a training area with a safe finish on a flat plain.
