This year Harrachov announced a public collection for the improvement of cross-country skiing trails again. The trails in Harrachov are groomed by the Association for the Development of Tourism in Harrachov, of which the town is a member. The annual maintenance costs CZK 400 000. The money collected in the public collection allows the tracks to be prepared beyond the plan. In recent years, the proceeds of the collection allowed an average of two extra rides each year. It is possible to make a donation from as little as CZK 50 simply by using a QR code or buying from a network of sales outlets. Their current list is always on the harrachov.cz website. Regularly, stamps are sold for example by TIC Harrachov, IC Krnap, Vosecká bouda or buffet Ručičky.
